Refund Policy

At The Dr Tom Clinic, all services are bespoke and tailored to the individual. To ensure fairness to all patients and efficient clinic operations, we kindly ask that you read and understand our cancellation and refund policy below.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment. Cancellations must be made via our online booking system (through your appointment confirmation email), messaging @thedrtomclinic on Instagram or by emailing drtomaesthetics@outlook.com. Your cancellation is only confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from us.

Booking Fees

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. With more than 72 hours’ notice, we may allow a one-time transfer of your booking fee to a new appointment within 16 weeks, subject to availability and at the clinic’s discretion.

Requests to reschedule beyond 16 weeks will result in forfeiture of the original booking fee.

Late Arrivals and No-Shows

Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and your booking fee will be forfeited. Failing to attend an appointment without providing notice as outlined above will be classed as a no-show and may result in you being charged the full cost of the treatment.

Follow-Up Appointments

Cancellations of follow-up appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £20 fee.

Refunds

All treatment purchases are non-refundable. This includes both completed treatments and prepaid courses or packages.No refunds will be issued for services rendered, regardless of the outcome, as results can vary between individuals.
